Tutoring provides support in the academic trajectory of the students in order to avoid failure and desertion. We are living currently in an unprecedented situation due to the covid-19 pandemic. At a global level we face confinement which has caused a digital transformation in teaching, in which students have expressed several problems due to access to the internet, the management of virtual platforms and the absence of professional practices. In view of it, the present study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the perception of teachers of the International Relations Degree of the University of Guadalajara about the Tutoring Program period 2020 A. Among the results, teachers expressed the need to improve communication between students and tutors through the strengthening of tutoring sessions in a hybrid way.
