Boas práticas no design e uso de aplicativos móveis: uma abordagem construtivista sistêmica a partir da saúde mental global dos adolescentes

Resumo

Este artigo analisa, a partir de uma abordagem construtivista sistêmica, as descobertas recentes sobre o  uso de aplicativos móveis (apps) para a saúde mental em  dolescentes. São sintetizadas evidências sobre sua utilidade, limitações e critérios de qualidade, ressaltando a  necessidade de estabelecer princípios de boas práticas que integrem eficácia clínica, segurança, credibilidade,  usabilidade, co-design com jovens usuários e considerações ético-culturais. A análise revela a ausência de validação empírica em grande parte dos aplicativos disponíveis e  propõe diretrizes orientadas a fortalecer seu papel como complemento às estratégias tradicionais de atendimento em saúde mental, enquadradas em uma perspectiva global e no paradigma da complexidade.
