Experiências e desafios da teleprática na reabilitação de transtornos da linguagem em adultos: revisão integrativa

Este estudo apresenta os resultados de uma revisão integrativa da literatura científica sobre o uso da teleprática na reabilitação de transtornos da linguagem em adultos após o período da pandemia de COVID-19. O objetivo foi identificar as principais experiências e desafios associados a essa modalidade de atendimento, considerando categorias analíticas relacionadas à evidência de eficácia, à aceitação e experiência do usuário, bem como à implementação e ao uso de ferramentas tecnológicas. A busca foi realizada nas bases de dados EBSCO, Web of Science e PubMed. Nesse contexto, foram definidos descritores e um período de análise entre 2021 e 2025; da mesma forma, estabeleceram-se critérios de inclusão e exclusão, seguindo as recomendações da metodologia PRISMA 2020. A qualidade dos artigos foi avaliada por meio de uma adaptação do guia CASP (Critical Appraisal Skills Programme). Foram analisados, ao todo, dezenove artigos, e os resultados mostram que 32% dos estudos se concentraram em afasia, 21% em transtornos da voz, 10% em disfagia, 5% em gagueira e transtornos da linguagem associados à demência e à esclerose lateral amiotrófica, e o percentual restante abordou outras áreas de interesse da fonoaudiologia no âmbito da teleprática. A evidência analisada sugere avanços em termos de eficácia terapêutica, adesão do usuário e implementação de ferramentas digitais. No entanto, persistem barreiras associadas ao analfabetismo digital de usuários e profissionais de saúde.
