Experiencias y desafíos de la telepráctica en la rehabilitación de trastornos del lenguaje en el adulto: revisión integrativa

Este estudio presenta los resultados de una revisión integrativa de la literatura científica sobre el uso de la telepráctica en la rehabilitación de trastornos del lenguaje en adultos posterior al período de pandemia por la COVID-19. El objetivo fue identificar las principales experiencias y desafíos asociados a esta modalidad de atención, considerando categorías analíticas relacionadas con la evidencia de eficacia, la aceptación y experiencia del usuario, así como la implementación y el uso de herramientas tecnológicas. La búsqueda se realizó en las bases de datos EBSCO, Web of Science y PubMed. Dentro de este contexto, se definieron descriptores y un período de análisis del 2021 al 2025; de igual manera, se establecieron criterios de inclusión y exclusión, siguiendo las recomendaciones de la metodología PRISMA 2020. La calidad de los artículos se evaluó mediante una adaptación de la guía CASP (Critical Appraisal Skills Programe). Se analizaron en total 19 artículos, y los resultados muestran que el 32 % de los estudios se centró en afasia, el 21 % en trastornos de la voz, el 10 % en disfagia, el 5 % en tartamudez y trastornos del lenguaje asociados con demencia y esclerosis lateral amiotrófica, y el porcentaje restante abordó otras áreas de interés de la fonoaudiología desde la telepráctica. La evidencia analizada sugiere avances en términos de eficacia terapéutica, adherencia del usuario e implementación de herramientas digitales; sin embargo, persisten barreras asociadas al analfabetismo digital de usuarios y profesionales de la salud.
