Diseño y validación de contenido y apariencia de un cuestionario en español sobre conocimientos, percepciones y prácticas en inteligencia artificial para estudiantes de Ortodoncia

Objetivo: Diseñar y evaluar la validez de contenido y de apariencia de un instrumento en español orientado a medir los conocimientos, percepciones y prácticas sobre inteligencia artificial en estudiantes de Ortodoncia. Materiales y métodos: Estudio exploratorio con herramientas cuantitativas y cualitativas, desarrollado en cuatro fases: 1) búsqueda de la literatura; 2) diseño del cuestionario básico por un panel de expertos; 3) validación de apariencia y contenido mediante consulta a expertos y cálculo de indicadores (Índice de Validez de Contenido, Razón de Validez de Contenido y Coeficiente de Validez de Contenido); 4) prueba piloto en la población objetivo (comprensión semántica, test-retest y grupo focal). Resultados: El análisis de la literatura permitió diseñar un cuestionario inicial de 24 preguntas, el cual fue modificado a una versión final tras la consulta con los expertos, quedando dividida en tres dimensiones: conocimientos (n = 7), percepciones (n = 11) y prácticas (n = 6). Los valores de los indicadores superaron los puntos de corte recomendados. En la evaluación de fiabilidad (n = 10), el acuerdo observado (Po) tuvo una mediana de 0,70 (RIC = 0,60-0,80) y el coeficiente AC1 de Gwet arrojó una mediana de 0,58 (RIC = 0,45-0,65), resultados que, por el tamaño muestral reducido, son de carácter exploratorio. Conclusiones: Este estudio permitió diseñar y validar el contenido de un instrumento para evaluar conocimientos, percepciones y prácticas sobre inteligencia artificial en estudiantes de Ortodoncia, mostrando una gran aceptabilidad entre los expertos y hallazgos preliminares favorables que requieren confirmación en estudios futuros con muestras ampliadas y análisis psicométricos completos.
