The present instrumental study aimed to analyze the psychometric properties of the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (WEMWBS) in an adult LGBT+ population in Peru. A total of 551 participants from the LGBT+ community were assessed using the WEMWBS, recruited through snowball sampling. Evidence of validity related to internal structure was obtained through confirmatory factor analysis, resulting in adequate fit indices for the proposed unidimensional model: X² = 3570.648 (gl. = 91; p < .001); RMSEA = .077 (IC 95% [.070; .085]; p < .001); SRMR = .041; CFI = .925; TLI = .911. Additionally, reliability was estimated using the internal consistency method through Cronbach's Alpha and McDonald's Omega coefficients, yielding scores of .938 and .940, respectively.
