Análisis psicométrico de la Escala de Bienestar Mental de Warwick-Edinburgo (EBMWE) en población adulta LGBT+ de Perú

El presente estudio instrumental se orientó a analizar las propiedades psicométricas de la Escala de Bienestar Mental de Warwick-Edinburgo (EBMWE) en población adulta LGBT+ de Perú. Se evaluó a 551 participantes pertenecientes a la comunidad LGTB+ con la EBMWE, los cuales fueron reclutados a través de un muestreo por bola de nieve. Se obtuvo evidencia de validez relacionada a la estructura interna a través del análisis factorial confirmatorio, resultando valores adecuados en los índices de ajuste para el modelo unidimensional propuesto: X² = 3570.648 (gl. = 91; p < .001); RMSEA = .077 (IC 95% [.070; .085]; p < .001); SRMR = .041; CFI = .925; TLI = .911. Además, se estimó la confiabilidad por el método de consistencia interna a través de los coeficientes alfa de Cronbach y omega de McDonald, obteniéndose valores de .938 y .940, respectivamente.
