Deinstitutionalization, distrust and disagreement: Three expressions of unrest in Peru today

La desinstitucionalización resulta del “desfacer” el resultado de procesos de vasto alcance, por los cuales los principios, los valores y las prácticas fueron asumidos de modo tal que llegaron a legitimarse como normas de una sociedad. La desconfianza es un sentimiento íntimo de duda sobre uno mismo o sobre los demás, que corroe la posibilidad de construir vínculos. El desencuentro se da cuando los grupos se autodefinen y se valoran en función de ideales excluyentes, de manera que, al entrar en contacto con otros grupos, tienden al enfrentamiento.
