¿Qué es la conciencia? Reflexiones, debates e incertidumbres

El término «conciencia», su significado y vigencia son materia de un análisis detallado en busca de precisiones conceptuales, claridad hermenéutica y delineación de futuras rutas de estudio multidisciplinario. Las perspectivas desde las que se procede a una revisión somera de la literatura existente incluyen mecánica cuántica, neurobiología, psicología, filosofía y enfoques socioculturales y ético-religiosos. El hallazgo fundamental es el de un gradual pero consistente esfuerzo de integración ontológica, de búsqueda de comprensión de planteamientos básicos, rutas de encuentro, metodologías de investigación y armonía y balance en la discusión temática. Se trata, sin duda, de un proceso consistente y duradero, con definidos visos de permanencia.
